Finally the connections are coming together for the roommates, and they are getting the opportunity to pursue their career dreams!

Nick, Kimberly, and Sarah are going to get a chance to work as television hosts with an internship with movies.com.  They are going to work with a producer, and each will get to host a movie review segment.

Brianna got a surprise call from Alex Band, the singer/writer she performed with at the Donate Life benefit concert.  Alex has asked to come and record backup vocals on “What Is Love” -- the song she sang with him onstage.  Behind-the-scenes we got a call from Alex’s management asking if Brianna was available for this (of course!).  Alex had finished all his tracks for his new solo CD, but after hearing the live performance they felt the song needed the new vocals to push into single status.  They hope it will be the second single on the new CD, set to come out in March.  The song is great and very catchy – we all were singing it after hearing them perform it onstage.

Update:  The CD did not come out!  Alex signed with new management and the status of that CD is unknown to us at this time.  Will Brianna’s tracks still be on the song when it comes out?

Sarah has a real TV journalism assignment.  Pete Griffin from Think MTV has given her the opportunity to do an eco-report on Helios House – a local LA gas station that has gone 'green’.

Sarah will produce, write, and report the story which will be available on Think.MTV.

If you recall Pete gave the roommates the tour of their house and demonstrated all the eco-friendly elements.

Pete learned then that Sarah was hoping to become a television journalist, and was impressed enough with her to give her this opportunity.  In addition, Pete asked Sarah to choose one of her roommates as an associate producer on the project – and she picked Will.  Will is the best choice, as he has more production experience than any of the other roommates.  However, when Sarah told her boyfriend, Ryan, about her choice of Will – he was not all that happy.  Is Ryan still smarting over Will’s advances to Sarah on those first days in the house?
