Greg arrived late to improv class– because he had a haircut! This is a lot more serious than it might appear. He didn't bother calling Charna, his teacher; he didn't try to schedule his haircut at a different time he just came late. And then he asked to leave early for a fashion show tonight.

Greg is very lucky that Charna allowed him to continue the class. Many of the acting teachers around here run a very strict class no absences are tolerated. Many teachers will lock the door to the classroom at the start of class -- so if you're late you miss the class.

Acting is so competitive in L.A. that you have to wait months to get in a class, often having to observe for a long time before you're allowed to participate in the class. You have to prove that you're committed. I don't think Greg sees the benefits of the improv class his focus is to become a model. An improv group can't succeed with out all its members supporting each other and working together. It takes a lot of practice to work as a unit on stage, particularly with improv where you're flying blind. Charna told Greg this was "Strike Two", since he missed attendance at a required show two weeks ago. As part of Greg's commitment to The Real World he is required to participate in the improv group. He needs to be more responsible and not get kicked out.
