The Eighth Roommate

Location. Location. Location! Every season we look for the perfect spot to film the next season of The Real World. This is one of the first production decisions to be made and it sets the foundation and the tone of the season to come-the location is essentially, the eighth roommate. Think about it-not only have you just been picked to live in a house with seven strangers but in most cases you’ve been picked to live in a new city. The cast has to learn the ins and outs of where they live as much as they learn the ins and outs of each other.

Season 21 will be filming in Brooklyn but where should we go after that? Past seasons have taken place in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, Miami, Boston, Seattle, Hawaii, New Orleans, Chicago, Las Vegas, Paris, San Diego, Philadelphia, Austin, Key West, Denver and Sydney.

So put your mind to it. We are looking for a warm climate. Should we go back to Miami, New Orleans, San Diego, even LA again, or go somewhere totally new?

for a warm climate, south is the way to go,
i would choose Atlanta, GA.
or, Houston, TX

Nashville, it is full of personality, and the mecca of country music, and has a nightlife that is on rise, if you are ever contemplating a cooler climate, try Vancouver, it is the home of the upcoming 2010 Olympic winter games, and has consistently been ranked as one of the top ten cities to live in the past five years. Another great place is Montreal, which is also one of the worlds most livable city, and the center of French media for North America.

I Think There Should be a season in Washington DC
Even Though It Doesn't Always Have A Warm Climate
Its Pretty Hot in the Summer.
DC would be Perfect!!
It's A lot of Stuff To do here in DC
& it has a great nightlife
It Would Be Really Fun FOr The Cast!!
PS. i'm not saying this just because I live here but it really is a good location for the next season

Real Word Season 22: Somewhere in the Caribbean!!! Think about it, the next season has to be even more different than the present and a change in environment as well should be considered!!! Rome would be awesome! North East US would be cool, too... the coast of Oregon is beautiful... San Antonio, Orlando, Atlanta, or Charleston would be new ones...
