This week we've had to turn to professionals for help therapists in addiction, and anger management. We've learned in the past that when issues arise, education and therapy can help. For example, take Paula's journey on the Key West season. The Real World experience has always been one of growth and self-realization. No one comes out of this without some kind of change, that's probably true of the crew as well as the roommates.

As a consequence of their attack on Greg, Will and Dave are attending three sessions of anger management. The hope is that they can learn why they get so out of control when they lose their tempers. Both were initially opposed to these sessions, but we've got more than enough fist-sized holes in the walls to justify therapy. Frankly, they are lucky to still be in the house.

The addiction specialist was sent over from Joey's rehab clinic to help the roommates prepare for his return. They were told to not subject Joey to any "red flags" that could trigger his desire to drink in other words try to keep the alcohol out of the house, and don't drink around him. While the roommates have claimed in the past they would change to help Joey get through this, there was a surprising reaction after the specialist left. It appears they are not willing to keep the alcohol out of the house, Sarah being the exception. If they continue to drink and party in Joey's presence what is this going to mean for his return?

Tune in to an all-new episode tonight to see how Joey's return unfolds and check back here tomorrow for your weekly fix of "Bonus Clips" full of moments we just can't show you on TV!
