Well it happens on every real world, there is that one person that seems like they are a**holes, arrogant, introverted, and just not as supposedly "real" to the roommates, or most viewers. In this case some of those things may be true for Greg, however he really is one of the most "real" people in the house. He doesn't hide the fact that he wants to take full advantage of Hollywood whether it be modeling or the nightlife to meet people and have fun. He doesn't hide how he truly feels and confronts people when he's annoyed (even though he is a possible pathological liar) and he did not attempt to steal anyone's date, or spread rumors, or c*** block people, in fact he actually helped guide the c***s of Joey and Dave at one point. But when they become the odd man out, they are the outkasts and usually the one person(Sarah) rallies the house against this person (Greg). And of course like Bri, there is that one roommate who has a revelation (Bri) and realizes he's not as fake or immature as one initially had thought. But they will keep it to themselves for fear of being exiles as well. But in this case, she believes Greg has hurt her, so she will not come to the rescue here. He has serious faults sure (and maybe a nasty panty fetish), but the kat is only human.
