I just would like to say that you will get better with time, you need to just stay foucused on trying to get better, neway I can't sit here and say I know what u r going through cause that would be a lie, all I can do is give u some encouragement and tell u whatever it is that u found that is helping u be better then keep doing it and with all the negative influences in your life then get rid of it you really have a good head on ur shoulders. whatever it is that you went through growing up u have every right to be angry but you can make something positive out of it, by doing something in the community maybe help someone get through whatever they might be going through and sometimes when u take ur anger and make it positive that is a good way to help urself deal ur problem and become a better person. I know that might sound corny but maybe that also might help. just keep ur head up!

thats cool joey that you have made this video, even tho you know some people may look at it like its only a cop out, or some way manipulative, like your hard worked body, and healthy 24/7 lifestyle is just fake or something. i truly believe your words are sincere, for the simple fact when you first came onto the show all i seen was a very matuare,smart, nice kid, to me just proves without a doubt you have worked very hard and accomplished many achievements fightn the good fight, which is all i see that matters. I just hope it was ment to be to touch and reach out to thousands of young kids that are going thru some of the same stuff you are going thru, and in return help them in their own life. so you see taking a negative and turning it into a positives that is what i live for, fightn the good fight as we would call it. with that said that is what means a lot to me as a young man watching this show relating in the same issues you have been/gone thru and achieving positive outlooks. keep your head up JOOOOOOOOOEEEEEEEEEEY

I just want to commend Joey for realizing that he has a problem because most people that do have issues don’t realize that they do or don’t fess up to it and that’s why instead of trying to change they remain the same because in their mind they don’t see themselves as having a problem. So I’m happy he’s aware that he has a problem now the next step is to realize maybe your “techniques” can only get you to a certain point of getting better and that it may just take the help of others to get you the next point. Because when you have a problem you have to help yourself before others can help you.
