Yes I think they failed Joey. They promised to change their ways and do things with him that didn't invole drinking and they totally let him down. They couldn't even stay home one night with him except Sarah. I hated to see him leave, but don't blame him because of how they treated him. Hope he comes back to see them soon he was my favorite cast member.

Joey makes a good point but he's honest to share his disappointment and pain. Doing that will keep him sober. It's fine to wake up and realize your roomies wrote checks their mouths can't keep.
I respect Brianna for apologizing even though she had not promised, she actually realizes the first night would not have killed even her to hang with Joey.
I also respect her for not promising what she does not plan to deliver.
It's a very good glimpse of real growth in two people who are quite different but fighting the same demons; alcohol and cocain.
