As totally random as Josh's sudden interest in Callie may seem to be, believe it or not it didn't come out of nowhere. Remember way back in like episode 2 or 3 when Callie was dealing with weight issues that Josh had said to Andrew that he likes girls with a little meat on their bones, and he finds Callie to be very attractive/sexy. So this clip was foreshadowed to long ago.
