One thing that's clear is that Adam's body language/inflection, is speaking that he truly cares for Nany, not to be confused with his testosterone level either. For Adam, growing up was not the norm that most folks experience in a healthy family. He's learning each day how to adapt to that, it will surely take some time, becasue he still has a way to go.
