Kidmac, it's because the season IS shorter compared to other seasons. Every other season (except for season 1) had 20+ 30min. episodes, and RW: Hollywood has 12 or 13 hour-long episodes. Personally, I think it's a good thing. I've always felt that the RW episodes should have been an hour long, and it took BMP 15+ years to realize it ;-p
