I don't think Joey is on roids. I think he is implying that he misses working out since there are no weights in rehab. I've been lifting for years, and can tell you that there are a lot of over the counter supplements these days that increase your testosterone and make you more aggressive. Since supplements are not FDA approved, no telling what your putting in your body. Plus Joey is in his early 20's so his testosterone is already at it's peak for a man! Putting extra sh** only enhances the natural state. To defend Joey, it is possible to get big arms like he has. He just works out too much! Who works out 4 hours a day?! Way overboard!!
