I am a big fan of this show and The Real World Las Vegas is my favourite season, but I just find this video awful( pardon me, but it is somehow silly to act like this and to show such a bad example to all the rest. present day young people are able to do anything to make others pay attention to them, to be "cool" or smth like that. hope this episode had a happy ending. but next time the guy can be not so lucky, so he'd better mind what he does.

I don't understand why some people choose to act so foolishly. Sure, lots of people can act like dolts -- but that's really no excuse to act irrationally and violently. Ty's lucky he didn't need to call 911 or rely on some sort of medical alert button. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I injured someone.

Go ahead. Blame it on the black guy toshwak...and when you're feedin his ass in jail, you'll be paying for it. Putting him in jail for any period of time, especially a "black" length of time is not going to solve the problem. There are many more white aggressive college kids than there will ever be black ones because they're the f'in marjority!!! Andrew is aggressive and crosses lines. When you have grown up without police protection, as in Ty's case, it is reasonable to resort to life/death instincts. In this case, the aggressive behavior of BOTH men, started by "Drewby" (isn't that an adorable cute name that a white guy would have), was taken too far. Check your biases at the door toshwok.

OMG ppl pleez...There is no other way to view this than the Violence that it is. For anyone to say someone deserved it or to make any excuses for this kind of behavior by Ty is absurd. Name it, Call it what it is, stop making excuses or blaming the victim or women for this, this was Ty's own doing. He deserves to go to jail, drunk or not, there is video to prove what it is to "reasonable people" not in a civil trial but in a criminal trial. And if MTV doesn't point this out to it's target audience of young viewers then they should be investigated by the FCC. We can't let delusional people with street values define who is at fault here, clearly it is Ty. If it was your brother, or your son, someone that you loved, being silly to Ty and then you watched that video and you watched Ty grab him, take him off balance, off both his legs and throw him over the side of the porch onto concrete, you would not be defending him. You'd probably have your posse out hunting Ty down to show him a little street justice. I know if anyone did that to someone I loved I'd be picking up my piece and heading out the door. Violence against Women is wrong. Violence against little white guys in panda hats that were intending no harm when they came upon some testostoroned, hyped up, mad at the world dude, who is definately gonna be looking at jail and trouble all his life down the line is wrong. Don't find excuses for people like this because if you do, what are you going to say when one day someone throws you or someone you love 20 feet down onto concrete? Are you gonna blame yourself? Are you gonna blame your son or your brother who will probably end up in the hospital or dead? Or are you gonna seek justice?
