The Inactive Ready Reserve

Stop loss is a little different. If you're in a "mission-essential" job, military intelligence for example, and there is a shortage of people in those positions they can keep you beyond your contract even if you've finished your 8 years. Chances are they'd be keeping you in to deploy you somewhere and you will probably only be held by the stop loss for around a year, but it's still a shite-deal. Listen people, I don't care how hot someone is, or how hot someone thinks they are, if they come into my kitchen wearing their nasty panties and sitting their dirty asses on the counter top where I cook my food, I'm gonna be pissed. The Inactive Ready Reserve

Ryan, I was in Iraq from March 03 - March 04 with the Reserves. I had 6 years Reserve and 2 IRR on my contract, but I stayed in the Reserve all 8 for fear of being called out of the IRR and in the Reserve I could transfer units just by getting the commanders' approval (especially helpful when the rumors start flying about getting deployed again). Typically, white (also known as albino) small pets are the results of selective breeding in captivity to produce more aestheically pleasing/unique pets. The way of thinking of a white rat as more "clean" is it doesn't look like it's covered in the surroundings of a typical sewer rat (garbage, filth, etc.).
